THE PROJECT DETAILS

Our client, Newford Projects, was looking to refurbish an industrial unit in Hamilton for a new garage tenant. The previous occupant had used the unit for similar work and the existing concrete was contaminated with oil residue.

IRS initially prepared the floor by diamond grinding, applying oil-tolerant primer and then two coats of high build with an aggregate scatter to give a more durable coating.
